Financial Park Complex is Labuan’s main shopping centre and holds the island’s largest concentration of duty-free retailers, across its ground and lower levels.
The clearest savings are on chocolate and confectionery (30–50%), alcohol and spirits (40–50% below mainland prices), tobacco, and perfumes and cosmetics (25–40%). Customs allowance per person to peninsular Malaysia is roughly 1 litre of alcohol and 200 cigarettes — check the latest Malaysian Customs regulations before travelling.
